2009 Conference Proceedings

The Proceedings of the Conference will be published by
World Scientific

The cost for one copy of the proceedings is included in the registration fee. Additional copies can be bought by directly contacting World Scientific.

The Proceedings will be produced from author-prepared camera-ready copies written in good English.
Instructions for manuscripts are available for the accepted styles Latex2e and MS-Word 6.0/7.0
To ensure that each contribution has a uniform appearance, the standard LaTex formats of World Scientific, for a Proccedings size of 9" x 6", is provided for Latex2e style and MS-Word 6.0/7.0 style files

For final publication the Paper MUST BE SUBMITTED with a PDF file for the final paper.

The contributions should also contain the Latex-file (the paper tex-file, the eps- or ps-files of the figures and a bound ps-file of the complete article). A hard copy (a paper printed copy) should also be submitted

At the Registration Desk in Villa Olmo, all files should be submitted in

a) a CDRom, together with

b) a hard copy of the final paper,

c) the cover page which can be downloaded from here

There is a limit of pages according the type of presentation. These limits are indicated for the camera-ready copy of the article.

For contributed oral presentations in Parallel Sessions and Poster presentations: the limit is 5 pages.
For invited talks in Parallel Session: the limit is 7 pages.
A limit of 10 pages applies to Plenary Session talks.

Authors might be required to modify their manuscripts: the deadline for any required correction to manuscripts is 1 December 2009

To be noted:

accepted and pending-for-corrections papers will be available on line at the website of the conference (http://villaolmo.mib.infn.it/ICATPP11th_2009/). Participants can contact the Article Committee members or the conference secretariat up to December 1 (2009) to follow the status of their submitted papers.
