This script allows you to send your accomodation form to the Villa Olmo secretariat by Web. You will get back a copy of your form by e-mail, as well.

Filling all the fields is compulsory, otherwise no e-mail will be sent for your hotel accomodation. 

The reservation form is sent by e-mail. For credit card information, you can:

a) either fill this form to be sent by e-mail

b) or add your credit card type, your card number, its expiration date and the cardholder on the e-mail you receive after filling this web form. Please print and send it by fax to the Villa Olmo Secretariat. The fax number is: +39-031-573395.
