Abstracts for oral presentations can be submitted only if agreed with Session Organizers or Organizing Committee.

Please follow this two steps procedure:

This form will allow to submit the Corresponding Author Information and a short (less than 10 lines) Abstract.

Filling all the fields is compulsory, otherwise no e-mail will be sent for your Corresponding Author Information Form.

To complete the submission process, you must e-mail your Abstract and the Summary (not exceeding 2 pages and 4 MB size) in PDF or PS format to the Organizing Committee at the following address: conference2007@mib.infn.it

Invited speakers for Plenary or Parallel sessions are required to submit the less than 10 lines Abstract, but not the 2-4 pages Summary.

Authors can contact directly their Session Organizers for any question about the submitted paper

In addition, at the moment of registration: Authors presenting a paper have to write both the Title and the name of the Contact Author in their Registration Form. The Contact Author MUST include the Abstract Title in his registration form. The Registration is available on Web only.

Only Abstracts from registered Authors are eligible for oral presentation in Plenary or Parallel Sessions, or Open Sessions on Experimental Results at the Conference

What we require from you are the following information: select a group of session for which your paper is best suited (select the Organizing Committee in case you are not sure about the most appropriate session), first and last name, your nationality, your Institution/Company, the mail address of your Institution/Company and finally your e-mail address. The final session selection of all the papers will be determined by the Organizing Committee in Agreement with Session Organizers.
